Sailboat speed polars

Question

Where can I find sailboat speed polars ?

In  particular the following 4 sailboats:

Farr 30

Open 40

Volvo Open 70

Clipper 68

I'm guessing the dealers for these boats would have the polars. Ih the meantime here is a good link to an explanation of apparent wind, which is the concept behind the speed polar.
